4) THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE PARTNER

  • After placing an Order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. However, this does not mean your Order is accepted. Your Order is an offer to buy a product from the third party (the “Partner”) selling the product via the Website. All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Partner, who will confirm acceptance by sending an email indicating that the product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between you and the Partner (the “Contract”) is only formed when the Partner sends you the Dispatch Confirmation.
  • Each Contract pertains only to the products confirmed for dispatch in the Dispatch Confirmation. The Partner is not obligated to supply any other products from your Order until those products have been confirmed for dispatch.
  • For clarity, your contract with us relates solely to your use of the Website and the services available therein.

5) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

In credit card transactions, you must use your own credit card. We are not liable for any credit card fraud. The responsibility for fraudulent use lies with the user, who must prove otherwise.

9) WYTCHLND REFUND POLICY

Products returned due to defects will be fully refunded, including standard delivery costs incurred in returning the item. Wytchlnd will not refund opened or used products. All refunds will be processed via Bank NEFT/RTGS transfer.

The Website Owner disclaims all liability for any loss, damage (direct, indirect, or consequential), personal injury, or expenses arising from your access and use of the Website or any information contained therein.
